Honestly yes it is. Maybe they beat him violently and yelled at him? Threatened to kill him and always brought up the worst in everything? Maybe he was the only person doing chores in the house, and if he didn't he would be beaten. Perhaps he's bipolar, maybe ADHD? Mentally ********? So many things could justify him murdering them, and so many things can't. We don't know anything about him except the fact he killed them because he didn't want to do chores. Not much else to say. ^_^
