Some interior design suggestions

Heyo Belltree, for one of my rooms I plan on customizing the theme a bit, making something quite unique, so I was wondering your thoughts on the matter of how I should go about bringing it into existence.

My plan, for the moment at least, is to make a room an evil/Satanic/dark temple of sorts. A bit weird sounding, yes, but I want to do something creative. Now, while this indeed must seem cool, at the same time I'm not sure of most of the items I need. This is where you come in. Help me think of items on the list that would work for a Satanic/dark temple. There's a huuuuuge list of potential items, but I have managed to think of a few that I know I'll need to use. At press time, my list of items I can use for the temple that I can currently order are:

A basement wall (I have it in storage)
A minimalist table (probably for the altar, one that I'd get a custom design for, unless some of you have better ideas)
Corinthian columns

I also know I'll probably need candles and/or torches of some sort, that I probably don't have. So, any tips or advice on what I may need to create my temple?

My basement has a very dark and spooky theme if you'd like some ideas there. DA's in the sig.
Also have a spooky theme going in the south-western part of my town if interested.

Eh, it'll probably be the only interesting part of the town, but if you want to you can. But thanks for the advice!
