Selling some balloon furniture

I'd like to sell these balloon items:

item - stock - price
balloon wall - 1 - 20000 bells
balloon floor - 1 - 20000 bells
balloon bed - 2 - 30000 bells
balloon closet - 1 - 30000 bells

they keep floating in so i'll update when I get more, also if the prices aren't fair, please tell me, I'm trying to make a python program to calculate a fair price based on re-tail price, reorderability and event/dlc status, so if these prices are too high, please tell me what would be a fair price.
