Hi so I have specal needs I work 3 days a week I am supposed to get support from people but there only in and support this other boy for a hour then there leave I have more needs than him he only has support because he loves the staff and will not leave them alone I moan at them abiut it but nothing will change any advice

I’m a little confused by this post. It sounds like you’re saying that you are special needs, but the people that are supposed to be offering you support are paying a majority of their attention to someone else. Does that sound accurate?
