HELP PLEASE! So I recently bought some amiibo cards and moved the 2 villagers in but today octavian showed up in my campsite I love both of my new amiibo villagers but if I agreed to trade out one of them for Octavian could I move in the same amiibo villager after they have moved out or would it not work? (Sorry if this is a dumb question)

If you have an Amiibo, you can move them in any number of times. Even if they already moved out, you can move them back in but it won't be the "same" villager as in they won't remember you.
