Umm... The events in the game stay always the same, regardless of TTing. Do you mean your 3ds log?
 
That only happens if you use the 3DS system clock in the system settings to time travel. Changing the date there will affect under which date your activity will appear in the activity log. I'm bad at explaining things but I think it goes like this... If you set the date to an incorrect date, all your activity that day (titles & time played, steps) will appear under the incorrect date. Like if you change the date to Jan 1st, what you do that day will appear under the date Jan 1st, no matter what the date is in real life. My activity log shows that I played in 2011 simply because I set the clock to 2011. In truth, I didn't even have my 3DS back then.

But none of that will happen if you use the Animal Crossing in-game clock to time travel. Even if you set the date incorrectly in-game, all your activity will appear under the date that your 3DS clock is set to.
