I'm just waiting on someone to pick up a boxed villager and Ketchup will be in boxes tomorrow. After they pick up the villager I can time travel so Ketchup will be in boxes. Either way she will be available to be picked up later tonight. She asked to move out naturally so no caution is needed.

If you want her, please offer NMTs and have an empty plot by the time you leave a comment or you can have an empty plot within 30 minutes. I'll pick whoever has the highest offer and whoever can pick her up quicker. You must be willing to drop the NMTs first.
