I am restarting leap year for my new town so I am using my old town for cycling until then.
-You can take any of the fruit but do not take the hybrids or run on top of them, they're all outside Lucky's house so it shouldn't be a problem.(Unless you adopt him, which case please don't trample my hybrids.)
-I'll void fast unless they have a lurker or I think someone will eventually pick them up. T5's are especially subjected to fast voiding for this reason.
-I will throw items I don't plan on keeping on the ground if you see one you'd like you can pick it up and keep it.
-I'll take Lurkers for the villagers in my town, I'll notify you by pm when they're in boxes.
-I'll also take Lurkers for villagers not in my town, and it's pretty much the same thing, though this helps me a lot with seeing what villagers people want.
-I do not take reservations as my villagers are free and that would be unfair.
