I'm assuming the StH game had the real shadow. It came AFTER heroes, because Vector was in it, where Shadow knew no one. So I imagine it was him.

Weeeeeeeelllll from what i know:
In Sonic Heros you see Shadow and learn he is APPRENTLY a clone and in the ending he sees the other clones, but the game DOESNT say if he is or isnt a clone, they merely speculate that he may be one. And i dont remember Rogue saying she knew anything about Shadow... She accidently found him whilst trying to steal Dr Eggmans 'treasure' which turned out to be:
1x Shadow the Hedgehog in Stasis
1x Ex-Robot of Eggmans who has a terrible temper.
The Shadow which makes the longest screen time and/or is a playable character IS the real Shadow, the others are merely clones of shadow which are mass produced.
