This isn't a huge deal, especially at this point in time, but I've been thinking... should I stay at the U of M past PSEO? I've been toying with the idea of applying to the Berklee College of Music in Boston once I'm done with two years of PSEO and finish up my Bachelor of Music over there... and, as we know, Boston is home to many great colleges, including ones that deal with computer science, so I'd have no problems finding one there and continuing the double major plan.

...The alternative? Stay at the U of M and get everything done here. A little boring, surely, even though I love the campus... but moving to Boston would be great, eh? Admittedly, the housing market sucks right now, but that aside -- what do you think I should do?

Berklee is obviously a lot more respected as a music college than the U of M... and I'd rather study there than at Juilliard... Juilliard only has one guitar professor, and I'm not a fan of her playing/teaching approach.....

So yeah. What do you think?

Boston? =o You would be close to me

But you should apply, then make the decision if you get in... well you'll probably get in, so nvm. And that's what I did and I was late with everything...

Yeah, I'm not worried about admissions... but if I made the decision to go there, my family would pack up and go with me. So we'd move to Boston...

holy smokes =o

but I guess moving wouldn't be as hard as it might be for some since youre brother is homeschooled

Oh yeah, we'll avoid the headaches with school districts and stuff. But one could argue that selling a home and moving to a completely different place is a bigger headache, hah... :P

My mom really likes Boston though, she said she'd consider moving if I seriously wanted to attend Berklee. Which I do.
