Its not realistic obviously, I was going for a cartoony look :)

I want contrustive critism not just critism please :)

Cute!

I like the flatness of it, but I think to make it more interesting and really bring it to another level you could add some textures! A lot of flat cartoons do this.

I'm not a fan of the the green and blue you chose. Maybe play with the color wheel a bit. Lower the saturation a notch or I donno...something! It just doesn't go well with the type of picture you made.

Also the line work. I like you did variation in the thickness of the line---very good! But the stroke itself is kinda odd. You need to either go with a fast stroke (w/o) picking up the stylus/mouse, or the careful, shaky stroke. Going in between these 2 styles isn't the best choice. Basically when cartooning..you need to have more confidence with your stroke! Make it seem super deliberate.

Maybe add something in the bg to bring it to life. Like right now she's just in this super deserted planet... you know? maybe some trees, or a bird. Nothing crazy, just a little suggestion of something.

Everything else is great! Remember this is all just my opinion, other people will have different opinions. Keep going with this. Do more versions!

Thank you, this is very helpful ^^ :)

For starters, this looks already good! c:
As inkling stated, the lineart should be more stable.
As for the background, you don't necessarily have to draw a realistic bg with a landscape. This is usually a bit difficult, so you can try to draw, for example lil bunny heads around her or dunno, lil flowers or something. If you use SAI, you can download custom made brushes. With these, you can draw easily nice and cute bg's. (for example check my siggy)
When you got more experience in this stuff, how about trying to shade it?
You could try blending or maybe soft cell-shading.
