Try putting it in that southern peninsula in the eastern side right by the beach. The part right above it, in my opinion, is better off reserved for the police station or caf?.

I love having my home away from my villagers, usually on a peninsula. Just make sure you know where your bridge would go in case your new home blocks it.

I agree, southern side by the beach would be really nice.

Or maybe that little spot in the river bend where the 2 villager houses are. That's if you can even build it that close to a villager house and are planning on moving them out or don't mind them being that close.

yes, but i like the ideas by the other people for a house to be near da bottom beach.

That space would be better filled with pwp's, tho the area directly off of the re-tail pond might be a good place for your house too.

I agree..i was going to leave it for like a cafe or some sort but then the way it is makes me wanna put my house there.

Put it on the bottom far right, yeah you'll be far from most of your villagers.
But, it's a very nice view of the beach.

I agree, but house placement just did not want to be in the middle,

If I had that map, I would put it near the right beach ramp and close enough between that and the pond so no villagers could move in on either side. Or under the bridge, other option under the town hall if I am keeping villager on the underneath, last option is between town hall and retail. I like to block in so houses can not pop up next to me or under me if can help it. I like being near the dock but some Pwps go well there and most space is up top. I also always put my campsite right under the train exit so sometime is nice to be blocked in by it and something unmoveable. Just me though.
