And I have no regrets? Yeah I know Fauna is really popular and stuff and I was worried about that for a bit that my island would have less desirable villagers or something. But I really like Deirdre more, I’m not super fond of Fauna’s eyes tbh, and I think Deirdre’s are really sweet especially in this game!!! Also she’s an Uchi and I just looove the Uchi personality. Sure I like Fauna but I like Skye, Molly and Lolly more there are far too many cute normals lol

Anyway yeah I was just wondering if anyone else really liked Deirdre too

Deirdre was my favorite uchi in New Leaf tbh. I used so many NMTs to get her in until I settled on Fuchsia bc she didn't show up after 150 tickets & just wanted an uchi at that point TT v TT She still tugs at my heart strings when I see her tbh.

I love Deidre! I just let her go a few weeks ago but her house was amazing! Wasn't a fan of the white around the eyes and her mouth, but I still think she was cute!

I don't have either since they don't fit the theme of my island, but I had both of them temporarily in New Leaf. I definitely prefer Deirdre as well, and for the same reasons as you, design and personality. I love what they did with her house in New Horizons too.

I have also opted to take Deirdre over Fauna. I like her colour scheme better and I have way too many normals.

Deirdre is a good,sassy ucherly villager.She looks better in New Horizons...it looks like they lightened up her coloring.I don't mind the white stuff on her mouth,I just imagine that she's a big powdered doughnut fan.

Well to be honest you should absolutely just choose which villagers you want on your island with how you like them and not someone else
It's fun to meet new characters in the dream suite instead of a lot of the same on every island. And sometimes they even surprise you with how they look or talk and can even convince you to search for that character.

But to ask your question: Sorry I like the looks of Fauna more haha. Just not a big fan of the lips of Deirdre.

I need a sisterly/uchi villager and I've been stuck between fauna and dierdre and now im curious to see how her house looks it seems nice and maybe I wouldn't mind if she came to my campsite or if I find her while searching for villagers

Deirdre was my starter uchi and I enjoyed her while she was living on my island. I found her amiibo on eBay for cheap, so now I can scan her in anytime I want. Her design is very simple yet nice, and I really like her actual house interior. I probably would’ve kept her if she didn’t have the awful starter home on my island.

Fauna was my permanent normal villager in NL and her house was right next to mine. I liked her well enough, but there way better normals imo. I think the shearling coat she used to wear looked better than her default outfit in NH.
