So when I opened my mailbox and saw this I was all like

BUT my emotions quickly switched from happy SQUEE-ing to horror: I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I WROTE! I don't know what I said, I don't know if it was an innocuous or naughty letter...I've sent both in the past or if I asked for something...

Is there a way I can...you know, "get it back?" I want to know what I said so I can make him blush again. ^^

If you ever lose him, or have a friend talk to him, they MAY see the letter

And haha, funny you mention that: in most of my trades these days I tell people not to talk to him, not for the letter, but for his greeting. I'm going to keep that until I get the screenshot I want.

You only ever see the very first letter you sent.
If you give away a villager with a naughty letter, they can easily report it to Isabelle and have it deleted.
