Yep! I'm so happy that I got a new 3ds! I'm going to try putting my one ACNL game as a digital. But I have a question: Will I be able to play the digital version AND physical version on the same 3ds? Like, I put one of my towns as digital on my 3ds, but when I'm not playing, I could just pop in my physical version? Will that do any harm? Thanks!

Yes, you can play both games on the same system, but if you transfer your game data via transfer tool, your digital game will be overwritten by the data of the physical game.

What do you mean?

You can move your save data from your cartridge to the digital copy, so if you were going to sell the cart and just have the digital copy you wouldn't lose your town from your cart, but would lose any town you'd already made on the digital copy.
