So, when looking at things on the the 3DS home menu the logo spins on the top screen. Okay. I was driving today and when I looked at the top screen everything was spinning extremly fast. The animations even changed. For example, the AR games box thing spun on the card so fast that he flew off. I'm guessing I'm just sounding stupid, but is this because I was in a car, driving?

Yeah, same thing happened to me when I was in a plane.

Maybe it can sense.... movement? Like fast movement.

Wow. So, I guess I wasn't being a noob and actually found something.

It's the microphone. If you blow into it then it will spin. So places like cars on a highway and a plane that are usually filled with lots of loud background noise cause it to detect sound. And movement in general can cause it to pick up noise as well.
