I gathered them by type & put them on my beach until I could decide what to do with them. I eventually replaced my regular flowers that were decorating my island with hybrids. I had to give some away because there was too many.

I don't TT but i have a giant cloning farm. I just trash them now if I can't give them away for free or cheap

You can sell or give them away to people online! Or if you want them gone quick, you can host an event using https://turnip.exchange and have people pay an entry fee to take a pocket full home with them.

I don't even time travel and I've got too many hybrids. I wasn't sure where I wanted to use different ones and then I kept getting more because it kept raining.
I love the rain in this game, but now I've got more hybrids than I need.
Probably going to end up selling them or giving them away.

Give them away to people, or honestly just throw them in the garbage lol. I had tons too, so I threw out most of them but made sure I kept 5-10 on the beach of each flower type until I decided where I wanted them all to go

Haha! This also happened to me while tting to move villagers and what is even funnier is that i got hybrids that i couldnt get yet during the time i played normally, like blue hyacinths and even one green mum! There are people who sell flowers or give them away so you could try doing that, or keep them around and you might find some use for them later while you are landscaping.
