Working out is all she does on my island.... I haven't really seen her do much of anything else not gonna lie haha

I can actually answer why this is: every villager has a specific hobby that's set in the code. They're education, nature, music, fashion, play, and fitness. That's why Chief and Marina are always singing on anyone's island that has them, Lily and Poppy always reading, and yes, Audie is always working out. These don't affect dialogue but do affect what activities they do most often and I actually love it! I've been using the website villagers.club to check villager hobbies, among other things like their favorite styles and colors.
ETA: I just checked your journal thread to see your villagers since you said Audie works out more than your jocks and I got curious--only one of them shares the fitness hobby! It's Snake, who I have and actually see working out a lot. Bam has the play hobby, which I feel like makes them do the Naruto running more since I see Reneigh and Punchy do that constantly and they have it too.

Yes. My Audie is always working out. Doesnt bother me much, girl just wants to be fit. ^-^
But I have noticed that certain villagers do certain things more often.
I do find when they sing to be the most adorable. Maybe I should look into getting an island full of singers?

But funny thing: Dotty also works out all the time, but her hobby is fashion. I saw he working out more than Mac, which hobby is fitness. And because Dotty hobby is fashion, she's usually catwalking around the island *when she's not working out* so the contrast is absolutely incredible.
Yeah my Audie has full spirts gear too.

Huh, that's interesting! I have no idea how the whole algorithm works for it tbh, I'd guess they're just more likely to do that activity than other villagers but won't necessarily do it constantly or anything. I actually had a period where I never saw my villagers sing anymore for a few days even though I have both Chief and Marina, and when I first got Lily I wouldn't have guessed she liked reading. But it does seem pretty funny to see peppies working out more often than jocks! Sadly I don't get to experience that right now as my current peppy is Peanut who has the fashion hobby, and my current jocks Snake and Teddy both have fitness.

my audie does! she keeps working out regardless of the time; i boot up the game at 7 am, and she's working out. i do some late night decorating at 12 am, and she's working out. i think even genji is scared of/admires her dedication to being fit. i'm trying to find some shades for her to wear because her workout outfit is ugh.
Yes, she does! She's always working out and I have never seen her doing anything else, to be honest. She works out even more than my jock villager, so I guess she just wants to be fit to have more chances of fulfilling her dream of being a singer/popstar/role model.
