SO attached to villagers...

So I want to get new villagers..but I become SO attached to mine!! Does anyone else ever have the same problem?! I'm too worried that I'll miss them too much if I let them move away. Right now, I feel like if I could only choose some to stay, I would have to keep Chadder and Punchy - I love them!!
I swear I almost cried when I let Mac leave.

I'm wondering if anyone else ever gets this way too? If so, what villagers are you super attached to?!

I wanted to get rid of Curt but I grew attached. One it's my dads name...and two I think he's a big part of my village now

i'm the opposite way! i feel as though i'm too unattached. i like 3 out of 9 villagers. those that i dislike aren't even that bad, but for some reason, i don't feel any connection with them. ._.

I'm only attached to some of mine since they reappear from the other games so it's like they know I had them! It pains me to trade them away.

Initially I didn't like Queenie nor Olaf; but they grew on me!

Flo, Bree, Stinky, Erik, Hippeux, Frita, Timbra, Bella, and Static.

Erik and Static I'm fond of. All of the rest I despise.

Just wanted to clarify haha. But I'm planning on restarting my game, and I hope I don't end up regretting the fact that I let two of my faves go just because I hate the rest...

I'm not letting Francine or Kabuki go. I'm still unsure about Cube, he was in my first ever Animal Crossing village in WW so I like him being there because of the memories. Frita and Quillson are also growing on me so I'll probably try and keep them. The rest I'm not so bothered about

omg Mac, I was so happy when he asked me to leave hah. But yeah some villagers I'd have a hard time letting go. I'd never let Erik, Tex or Hamphrey move away

I have had my town for 2 weeks still, and obviously still have my original 10
i cant dare to ever let them leave, eventhough i atleast want 3 to leave to get some of my dreamies, but yeah i feel the same i get so sad if i think of them leaving

Apple, Rolf, Willow were 3 of my original 5 and will NEVER EVER LEAVE
Vesta & Stitches will also NEVER LEAVE
Muffy & Freya will only leave if i get a dreamie and that will be ages away
Lopez i will be sad to leave
Stinky & Mitzi were the other 2 of my original 5, and so for nostalgia will be sad for them to go

None can leave until i have their pics though, i currently have Mitzi's & Muffy's

Octavian showed up in my campsite and I was planning on trading or giving him away but then he grew on me. That and the fact that I had him in GC. ; o ;

I've only had my game for 3 weeks so none of my original villagers have moved yet... I have Coco, Ruby, Astrid, Shep, Wendy, Bud, Cyrano, Deirdre and Pudge. I don't want Cyrano (he already offered to move but changed his mind >:[) I wouldn't mind too much if Deirdre or Astrid moved away, but the rest I'm a bit too attached to

I'm the same.. I like my villagers, even grizzly (!) and I haven't let a single one leave yet.. partly in case I won't like who will move in and incase they move to an inconvenient place.

I become attached to some. Others I expect to get attached to and don't.

I've always been attached to Lobo. He was the very first villager I spoke to in-game back in WW.

Since NL came out I've become crazy attached to Filbert and Bam. I never expected to get attached to either of them - but they're both so cute. :3

I only felt that way when I gave away Coco and Ken. I know that the people I gave them away to are takin' good care of 'em, though.

I love most of my villagers, but that's because most of them are dreamies uwu

I was sad when Flurry and Merengue left, though.

Im really attached to all my villagers and most of them were never dreamies of mine (they sure are now!)
I only have one spot available in my town now which is set aside for a snooty and I don't think I could ever part with any of my villagers.... My only doubt is with Rosie, but that's because I don't really see her out half as much as I used to.
Mac & Peanut are probably my favourite villagers right now :')
