So annoying! Advice needed.

Recently, I had Stitches visit my campsite. I asked him to move in and he agreed. Although he is not one of my dreamies I thought he was cute and thought maybe someone else might want him. Today he moved in but his house is right in front of my cafe (I didn't play yesterday and didn't have a chance to plot reset as I was busy). It is also on top of a cute face cutout area that I have. I manage to make it look a bit more bearable (haha get it? I'm sorry, I am the worst) but it looks awful in front of my cafe.

So I was wondering, can the 10th villager move out or do I have to wait for a long time. I have not talked to him other than introduce myself as I heard that helps.

I will leave my dream adress below so that if anyone wants, they can visit and see if they have advice on what to do with that area, also feedback on my town would be appreciated. Although, my town is a bit messy at the moment (I'm working on it!)

You can absolutely move your 10th villager out without moving someone else out first. I've done it several times (I've even moved 3 10th villagers in a row out). Ignore your unwanted villager from the day they move in, and they'll move. Also make sure to ignore them when they ping you to move out. If you talk to them, they might change their mind about moving and stay, but if you ignore them, then they won't change their mind and they're guaranteed to leave. You might have to wait a while, but becoming friends with them is not the way to get them to leave. Talk to all the other villagers you want to keep in the meantime, or they might ask you to move instead.
