It was deactivated a few days ago after being made visible for two weeks to celebrate Independence Day. Sorry to disappoint you!

It does! Normally it's hidden but we bring them back for certain holidays and events, much like the Valentine's Day roses. As long as you have one in your inventory it's fine to keep it active and it'll show up again when we unhide it on our end.

The fireworks are also the only collectible that changes in appearance based on the event, so they look different every time they're active.
