Snowman question

I decided to try and get all the snowfamily items this time around since I focused on the Ice series last time. I wanted it to be cute and have the entire family close to each other. I built the snowman and the snowmam. I built the snowboy today, but he disappeared! How close are they allowed to be to each other?

The snowman and snowmam are one plot away from each other (a cosmos is in between them). I tried putting the snowboy in front of the cosmos and he was built fine. Later when I go check on them because someone was in my town getting bingo, the snowboy was gone! I can't find the snowballs now either so I don't think I'll be able to build him again.

So they have to be separated by at least one plot all around? How close can they be together?

How odd, I've never heard of a snowman disappearing! You can always check this guide if you want, it talks about melting snowpeople but I don't know if that's what you want.

No I built him today so he wasn't melting. Oh well. I just wanted to know how close they're allowed to be

I would wait until tomorrow to see if he sends a gift, to me, it seems likely that he would even though he's gone now. Looks like you have two more days until your snowman and snowmam melt, so you can still try for the family (if that's what you're going for)

they disappear when they are too close from buildings, houses, pwps, trees (I think) and other snow people too

to be safe, keeping one space away from everything is your best bet!!!

xD I wish they didn't melt that quickly A melting snowman, snowmam, and snowboy wouldn't look good next to a perfectly fine snowtyke

Yeah I always build my snow people in a designated field and have at least one space between them (if you can plant a flower between them you should be okay!) Sorry to hear about your poor Snowboy :'(

The snowperson moves when you put the top on them. Mine moved one tile back.
So watch out for any hybrids that are around.

Something similar happened to me once. I built a snowmam super close to the river, and the next day when I went to check on her, she was gone.
