Snowflakes appear once there is a Snowmam in town btw.

There doesn't need to be a snowman/mama in town for snowflakes to appear. I have no snowmen in my town and I have loads of snowflakes.

Snowflakes appear when it's snowing, but if you have any type of snowman in your town, they appear even if it's not snowing! I also have a Snowmam in my town, if anyone would like to come by, just pm me!

Nope once it's snowing.. so December 10th
I had many snowflakes in my pockets (lol) long before my first snow man.
