Are you looking for snowflakes for Snowmam?

Snow naturally occurs starting late November (almost the end of the month) - assuming you're playing in the right date, there should be snow in your town. Like rain, the weather will randomly cause it to visibly snow on certain days, and on those days you will see snow flurries falling, as well as snowflakes. To get a snowflake, you need to use your bug net to catch them.

If you're looking for snowballs to make snow people, two snowballs are randomly generated in town, you just have to run all over to find them, then you roll them in the snow until they are big enough to be pushed together. Depending on the sizes you made the snowballs, they will either be a snowman, snowmam, snowboy or snowtyke. Uh if you mean actual snow, it's only around during the winter time which starts in early December I think.

This sounds about right.

Sometimes the randomized snowballs that spawn in your village might get pushed into the river, or into a building, or off a cliff. They'll break if this happens. This might happen due to dung beetles who push them around or stray villagers accidentally pushing them. To get them back, just go inside a building and back out. They'll respawn somewhere else.

Also, if you aren't a time traveler and like to play only at the real time, I believe snowpeople can only be built until the 25th of February. So if you want to collect their prizes, you should definitely build all the snowpeople you can until then, so you can rack up the prizes.

You can have up to 4 snowpeople in your village at a time, but it doesn't matter which kind of 4. I've had up to 2 Snowmams in my village recently, so I assume you can have up to 4 of the same snowperson!
