That's right, kiddies! It's that almost that time of year again! Smash Camp 2013 is almost upon us. The forums aren't quite ready to open, but by next week, we'll be ready! Yours truly is a tournament organizer this year (even though I'll be gone from the 18-19 on college orientation). So join on in; all the cool kids will be there! Want to be a cool kid? Then join in on the upcoming fun!!!

I want to be a cool kid!
But seriously, is there an age limit on this thing? I'd love to join!

Yay! So I really can be a cool kid!!! This will be the first time I've participated. I remember someone on your minecraft server was telling me about this a while back so I've been anticipating it ever since!

Hey all! I'm the one who heads this thing up, and I just want to let you know that we'll be offering some fun New Leaf contests (fishing tourney, bug catching contest) in addition to some more awesome events. I really hope to see some of you there!! :)

dont think i'll participate this year. I attempted to last year but got bored lol

How much of a time commitment is this? I would love to participate because its been forever since ive played smash but I could only hop on for an hour or two a day at most.

I'm new to the forum, so I don't really know much about this.

Everyone who joins is sorted into a cabin. There are 4 cabins, and each cabin competes against the other three cabins for five days. You can get points for your cabin by submitting entries for the games and other events for that day. You can earn extra points if you place in the top three for the individual events. The daily events include but are not limited to, song writing contests, flash games, video game contests and even staff trivia. It's a lot of fun and there is nothing to lose.

I'm the cabin counselor for cabin two and Bacon Boy is a tournament organizer so you can ask us any questions during the course of camp.

I think an hour or two a day would be perfect. As long as you try your best and submit whatever you can, it's fine. :)
