I love Player. Also smasville ate night. I have major nostalgia feels when on that stage. My best friend and I always selected that stage when we played brawl together. I sank in 300 hours into brawl so it was definitely a game and stage i played with/on for years

I think since Wii Fit Trainer is such a rare character to fight I have an advantage in that regard already, but she's also such a wacky character to fight even if you do know the matchup. I've even created a few basic rules just for people on FG.
-If you're up against a Fox or Falco, DUCK IMMEDIATELY. Let them spam their "lashurz" until they stop.
-If you're up against a Little Mac, go off the edge and pelt them with projectiles while they spam down smash hoping that they'll hit you.

What is the most irritating though is the overuse of projectiles people like to use during a match. I use Marth as my main so I have zero projectiles to use against people. I find myself dodging the entire match against opponents like Samus who are bombarding me with energy balls, bombs, and missiles. When I actually reach them they maneuver away with their dodge. I really don't think it's fair to make your opponent be dodging projectiles the entire match. I can't possibly dodge every single one of them.

I'm not saying anything about nerfing characters. I just want people to tone it down a bit. You don't need to spam projectiles to win a match. It's more work for your opponent who has little to no projectiles. I like Robin because his projectiles are slower, limited, and take time to charge up, but are still good if you know how to use them.

If you're having trouble with projectile spammers, I'd suggest trying out Shulk. His counter activates with certain projectiles and has ridiculous range for a counter, so you won't have to be as close to the enemy as you would for some attacks, and projectiles won't interrupt you as much.

After a while the opponent will either have to succumb to the counter or be forced to switch up their tactics.
 
I'm better than most of my friends so I would always just get drunk and only fight with toon links bombs when we played brawl (they forced me to play brawl because they hated melee and P:M...) and it was really fun. no boomerang. no arrow. no attacks. just bombs and drunk geometry. EZ wins.

I think Nesses are becoming dumber.
I battled at least 5 Nesses today, all as Wii Fit Trainer. ALL of them tried to use PSI Magnet to absorb my soccer ball. :/ 1 guy I started only using my soccer ball, but he kept trying to absorb it...

Oh, and I reached a 70% win rate. ^_^

I usually swing projectiles back albeit how risky it can be (I swear the amount of times I've recreated Ganondorf's battle in OoT against Mario and Mewtwo...)
The soccer ball is kinda annoying in the sense that it's unpredictable to where it might go

lmfao, those Ness users and the ones who spam PK Fire at the worst, most have no idea how annoyingly strong his Bair and Uair are, hell, might aswell call Ness' Uair the Head of justice.
 
After the stream 8 of us had a little mini doubles tourney and it was actually really fun and worked out! It goes to show that they can happen as long as people are all active. Maybe we could do a big one but require everyone being there at the same time to finish it in a sitting.

I don't know, I like the one sitting tournaments much more than the huge ones, but those require a lot of times to account for time zones and all.
