i feel like Im in the same boat as Jawile... I don't think I have emails enabled but at the same time I've gotten a few reminding me to redeem my platinum reward so maybe they are enabled.... I have a code for myself from a friend but I'd really like to get an email too so I can hook up a few friends on here :')

I wonder if it's still possible to redeem it if emails are disabled, I would think there would be a way. It would seem kinda crazy to send emails to tons of people who would never actually receive the codes.

They promised a code to platinum members who had a 3DS and were subscribed to their website. I did all of those things and got nothing. I have every right to be mad. Tons of people are playing right now and I should be one of them. Hell, I was going to give a code to my cousin for his birthday and one to my friend, but now I can't. How exactly is that fair?

It wasn't promised to everyone, it was only promised to select Platinum members, so it was probably random.
