Why didn't he post though? It just makes it seem like they won't be reliable when playing if they can't even sign up on their own.

I was already on when I asked if he wanted to join, I didn't think it made a difference. Getting ahold of him is not a problem though since he lives with me lol I can get him to post when he wakes up if that's easier, though.

On another topic, what do you guys think about 2 stock vs. 3 stock? I was reading on /r/smashbros that they do 3 stock in online tournaments (with a max time of 8 minutes in case it goes too long). Apex did 2 stock, but some people didn't like that. Maybe we should stick to 2 in this one, but try 3 in the next one.

3 is my favorite number of stock haha

I honestly prefer 3 stock. I was going to make it 3 stock but then figured that the majority of people would whine and rather do 2 stock because of ~for glory~ mode -.-

does that mean I can change the rules to 3?

I don't know, I'm indifferent on that lol. I'd say let you (the host) decide. I think we're still trying things and seeing how we should run tournaments here anyway.

Trundle and I always did 3 stock until For Glory mode too.

I always prefer to play 3 stock matches. I think 2 stock matches are just too short. I suppose the 2 stock, 5 minutes works well on For Glory with anyone, but I always thought tournaments were 3 stock, 8 minutes, best 2 of 3.

I would like to join. However, I had to return my Wii U to my retailer as of 2 weeks ago because of my broken Gamepad. As soon as I get a refund in the mail, I will be getting a new Wii U afterward. I should be getting it by next week. You can sign me up for the tournament. Depending on when this starts I'll either be an easy win or a very difficult opponent.

I don't think you should join this one if you're not sure when you'll be getting your Wii U back. It could start tomorrow or Saturday and games must be played in 48 hours.
