Anyone else ever play the sly cooper games?
I'm talking 1-3 not 4. I try to ignore 4. It was just awful and completely messed up the franchise. Don't even talk to me about it.
But, 2 is personally my favorite game. :0

I love the series. I have 1-3, but I haven't finished any of them. I like 2 and 3, but the first game is pretty hard considering you can die in one hit. I also suck at the mini-games.

I've honestly loved every single game, but I think that Sly 1 is on par with Sly 4. They're both amazing games. Sly 4 blended in a whole new way of playing, and there was a new touch of creativity in every area that adds a special charm that lasts. The only complaint I have of Sly 4 is THE CLIFFHANGER UUGGHHHHH. I wish more people would play the games though. They're classic.

What are you talking about? The graphics were better than the first 3 games, which were made yearrrsssss beforehand, lol. Side note: Is your username based off of The Contessa in Sly 2?

I completely agree. I really like the comic/sticker book design of the cut scenes and characters in sly 1-3. I watched the intro and character designed for thieves in time and it just didn't sit right with me.

I have played a bit of 1 and 2 from my neighbor's when I was younger, but I never really got the chance to get into it.

I never had the chance to play them when I was younger, but I knew they existed and always wanted to play them. It's just one of those games that I never came across in stores and since there wasn't really any other way to get games then than going in a store, I was outta' luck.
The platforming plus sneaky sneaky looked really fun to me, like Metal Gear crossed with Jak and Daxter. Plus, animal mascot characters play on my nostalgia glands.


I've been wanting to pick up the HD collection on PS3. I may buy it next pay with a batch of other older games since there's nothing new being released that month that I want :3

I thought Sly Cooper 4 was one of the best of the franchise! Sly Cooper 1 was my least favorite. imo..
