Does 80tbt sound fair? (i'm literally horrible at figuring out tbt pricing and have no idea what im doing so please feel free to haggle)

I say 80 because i added up 5 tbt per item that's available in nookling's shop (30) then 20 for the reoderable (but DLC) cat tower and then 30 for the rare island kitchen island item.

I'll buy the chocolate cake but the afternoon tea set is too much imo for one item so i'll pass on it (though it is reasonable since it's JPN DLC and non-reorderable. didnt notice it couldnt be reordered so i no longer want to buy it.)
I'm also probably buying that cat tower from sa-chan so i'll get back to you on that one.
