Eep, that's a bit steep and I'm not sure I want to pay that amount for each piece... As far as the princess table goes, it was for a villager rather than my own house so I'd at most offer like 25-50TBT, since I can get it from Gracie in my cycle town eventually.

Hehe, I just got the wall, so I think in total it would be 305. 4x50 = 200 + 75 + 30= 305.
Not that I know of. o: I tend to add people as soon as it looks like a trade will be happening, so as to keep things moving along as quickly as possible.
