Any skyrim players out there?
I just recently started playing it again and I'm a level 42 khajit trying to finish the Azura's star quest :)
Just post any stories you have playing the game, tips, or just anything about the game on here.

Recently I got my storm atronach and am now trying to kill an elder dragon. He had like literally no health, I was an absolute second away from killing it when I fell off the cliff. I got annoyed but looking back it was actually quite funny XD

I've only gotten to play Skyrim again myself. But this time on the Xbox 360 due to my laptop not being brilliant.

I'm a Level 37 Argonian who specialises in sneaking, archery, heavy armour (thinking putting on some light armour too because it looks cool,) lock picking, and one handed weapons.

I've managed to complete the main storyline, I joined the Bard's College in Solitude, I'm Thane of both Solitude and Whiterun and have a house in both cities, I've gotten a few Daedric artifacts like the Wabbajack and the Ring of Hircine, and I've now joined the Companions. My next plan is to murder Grelod the Kind and then go and join the College of Winterhold.

I have way too much free time.

I haven't played in like a year :( I really need to. I never even finished the main line.

I got Skyrim for Christmas but I really haven't played all that much. I think I'm on level 7 or so... hahaha. It's really not my kind of game but I love exploring the map.

I haven't played Skyrim since early this summer.. I'm gonna start playing again when I'm finished with the other games I'm playing at the moment. Such an amazing game. I miss my Khajiit :/

Did somebody say Skyrim?

I love Skyrim! It was the first Elder Scrolls game I've played (I only got it a week or so after New Leaf came out) and I'm madly in love with it. I haven't played through most of the quests yet. I prefer the game for roleplaying purposes. I only recently got a character I decided will be my Dovakiin. But I won't be playing her until much later. I have to play Oblivion too, since I bought it right after I got Skyrim. I deleted my last characters I made because I have better things in mind for them with actual rping in mind so I won't get bored while playing.

-All my characters need to sleep at some point. Usually 8 hours of sleep is best. If they stay up too late, when they DO manage to finally go to sleep they have to sleep 2-4 extra hours.
-No fast traveling. Ever.
-Try to eat something at least once a day.
-No taking excess items from bandits and other people killed. I allow the taking of good armor and weapons, though I'm considering not allowing this anymore. I usually only take gold, appropriate potions for the character, lock picks, and jewelry off the people I kill. This keeps me from having way too much gold too quickly.
-Beyond my Dovakiin character, my characters put off visiting Jarl Balgruuf for as long as possible. Because they're not the Dovakiin so I don't need to pay much mind to dragons. But if there's a point where I decide I want random dragon attacks, I'll go do the quest. I'm on Xbox so I have no access to mods, so I play as best I can given the circumstances.
-Don't do anything against a character's background. Stealing for example: My Breton Mage won't steal because she doesn't want to get into any trouble while she's so far away from home. My character that will be Dovakiin, an Argonian, is a hero. But she will steal and break into houses if there's a greater good behind it. My Khajiit will only steal from people she deems to be rude, racist, or otherwise deserving of it. My Dunmer will steal from anyone and everyone. Especially Racist Nords and anyone who supports the Thalmor.
-Each character has a specific weapon type they'll use and they will never go otherwise unless in dire emergency. The Breton will only use magic and staves unless she's cornered without Magicka or a chargeless staff. Then she'll pull out her enchanted sword she got as Thane of Falkreath or a lucky dagger she received from helping a hunter out. The Khajiit will only use her claws if her arrows don't take out an opponent first. The Argonian will only use swords/axes and shields. My Dunmer relies on stealth and twin daggers.

Currently I've started a new playstyle where I write down and take note of what happens to my characters on their adventures. Then I take the notes and write them out as if my character were writing in a journal about what they've been up to. I only have one character I'm playing as right now, though. She's a Breton Mage named Elynora who's been in Skyrim for a week now, training to join the College of Winterhold. Which she just recently joined. She's at level 10 now. I'm worried about her, though. None of the other characters I played before were mages, so her fragility is something I'm not used to. I always have a butt load of potions with her. She's done well against bandits so far but on the way to Winterhold a bunch of mages and skeletons nearly kicked her butt. Bears and Sabre Cats have always been a problem, too. Ice Wolves and Frostbite Spiders aren't too good for her either.

The Elderscrolls is easily my favorite franchise evarrr (except ESO, booo). Put at least 1200+ hours in since launch. All Khajiits.

But i still like Oblivion the most.

M'aiq is done talking now.

:3 <3

I beat the entire game maybe 5 times. Reaching the max level every time. The game is the reason I own a Xbox. My sisters stole the game and wont give it back... So I'll be happy when Watch-Dogs releases

Who doesn't love skyrim? One of my favorite games ever!
I'm also a khajit, I love them so much hahah!
But, I haven't played it for over 2 months now, because my (now ex.) Boyfriend kicked me out of the appartment, and he won't give me back my stuff, including my ps3 and my car!
Now I really want to play skyrim ugh.. :(

Great game! Though those Deadric (sp) artifact's Trophy/Achievement is killing meeeee...! :-\

I love playing Skyrim, it's a lot of fun!

For those of you who plays it on PC, you might find this site useful http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/ - maybe you know it, maybe you don't. But it has a lot of cool mods that can make the game even more interesting/challenging.

Like for example one of these mods does so if you walk around in the cold, you can freeze to death if you're not wearing warm clothes. And if you're wearing the warm clothes you usually don't have a lot of armor, so it makes it a little more challenging. :)

My friend just came round and I taught her how to play! It was hilarious, she got stuck on the very first quest (after the execution scene) because she couldn't get up the stairs. When she did she fell out of the window and got stuck on a rock so had to restart :)

Skyrim is definitely one of the best games I've ever played of. I'm a dark elf (I tried to make myself look like Gladriel from LOTR but I ended up looking horrible) I have a massive crush on Farkas hehe. The Daedric places always scared the hell out of me, I always dread any quest to do with them. I've completed all of the main quests now, it's absolutely brilliant.

I've managed to get myself on another Skyrim kick again. I finally managed to get myself Dawnguard and Dragonborn (as well as Hearthfire) for five pounds thanks to some game shop credit I had. I knew I was keeping myself from spending that for a good reason.

At the moment, I'm doing Dragonborn and I'm absolutely enjoying myself, even with the added nightmare fuel.

I had Skyrim for the 360 but my XBOX RROD'd on me so I haven't played it in forever. Might get it for the PC, would love to use texture packs to enhance the scenery and add creatures/alter creature skins (different colored dogs, horses).

I admit, I pirated a copy of Skyrim for PC[only to see if it would run before I buy the game at a later date, didn't want to waste money on a game I can't run. Pirated copy is long gone now anyway. Ran great. Loved every minute I played on the PC version.] Bought it for PS3 though, have every DLC available there; and have a unkillable darkelf mage. Lol

Long Live the Dragonborne!

Started playing this again. Only level 18 but I'm leaning towards one handed, destruction, regeneration, alchemy, pickpocket and enchantment

I don't have a lot of entertaining stories, but I can go through Bleak Fall Barrows in my sleep.

I'm very attached to Serana right now. I just want to give her a hug and tell her everything will be all right. I'm loving the Dawnguard quest line so far.
