I only got them once in CF. Is it the same in New Leaf though? Maybe they're sold in the museum?

Silver should be pretty easy to obtain. I've saw about 3 go pass but I never shoot them down as I got one for free. I would give you them but I don't shoot them down, like I said xD

I got my gold one first too. Then I got about 20 silver...not lying. I gave some away and sold some but I still have 10. I'd also be willing to give some away haha
