Silver Axe

Ugh, I'm at a total loss here. I'm trying to get a silver axe, and I've been looking in my island store for the past few months for one, but I've never seen one! Am I missing something? How did you guys get the silver axe? Is it extremely rare?

It's one of those rarer island items. I spent a good 100k going back and forth before one showed up. Luckily this was after one of my medal runs and I immediately bought a basket full.

its stupidly rare. i got it once out of the whole year ive been playin acnl arghhh
first i tried farming club tortimer for an entire day and it just wouldnt show up >:c until one day it happened to be at my island by chance. ended up buying over 30 of those things!

Yeah, the silver axes are really rare. The one time it showed up I didn't have enough medals ಠ_ಠ

Never seen it, but I've also been to the island very few times compared to most people, I don't really know though.

I've seen it once, completely out of randomness. I bought like, one or two. The other silver axes I have are from a giveaway on the forums, though, heh

If you see them on the island, buy couple and save them. I got one my first week of play, but I didn't know they were rare. I started using it to cut trees. When I discovered it made patterns every time, I ran around cutting every tree I could find and wasted it. I haven't had an axe on my island since.
