Signature Shop Help?

So, a few days ago, I attempted to open a signature shop here. It said to wait for the moderators to approve it. Now it's been three days, and it's not approved.

I'm wondering here if I did something wrong, or messed up somehow. Are there specific rules a signature shop has to follow that I wasn't aware of? If so, could someone explain? Or does it usually take this long for the moderators to look something over?
