Signature link question

How do I put a link in my signature but title it my "My tumblr" So when you click on the title it links to my tumblr

[ URL="link here" ]My Tumblr[ /URL ]

Just remove the spaces, and put the link in between the quotation marks.

 

[Horus]

[URL="link here"]Your text here[/URL]
