Signature Help

Hello! So my signature have the height limits, and I want the art spoiler to be smaller next to it, like ive seen, but I cant figure you how to do it.

Thats great! But is there anyway to make the the text 'Art ^.^' coloured and more centrel, and have it down a bit.
