It seems as though it was yesterday when I was about 13 or 14. I remember always hanging out with my cousin (and I still do) and spending the night at his house all the time. We would stay up well into the night playing video games and talking about stuff. Looking back on it, I kinda miss those days. Over that time, though, he's become more than that buddy who would hang out with me to play video games. He became my best friend who I could tell everything to. He also helped me overcome some things that my parents probably would not have been able to help me with. I've come to love him to death, basically.
Then, I came here. While this is an internet forum, I kinda hold this place close to me. For those of you who met me when I first came here, I considered you guys family (and I still do, while I don't show it quite as much anymore). I remember always looking forward to getting on every weekend just to visit this site. It pretty much kept my childhood going, in a sense. And I came to love you guys (and I still do, lol).
But yeah, the point that I'm trying to express is that time has gone by so fast. It seems that I don't have much time for doing the things I used to do anymore. Quite frankly, I miss my childhood. I feel like I missed some stuff during my childhood that I may not get to experience as an adult. Sometimes, I become sad because of that.
*sigh* I just had to get that off of my chest. Do any of you feel the same way?
