Should I wait for...?

Should I wait for a new 3DS XL colors for US or what? I wanna buy a new 3DS XL before February 2013! but I'm sick of waiting Nintendo to announce a new colors, I'm hoping for full black or full white. Tell me if you were me what would you do. I hope there is a chance

Full black is supposedly going to hit within the next week or two. Wait and see.

Is there really any rush for you to get a 3DS XL? Are you going to die if you don't get one before Feb next year?

I don't think so, IMO I'd just wait until I see a color I like

I'm waiting to see if we get the Pikachu design 3DS XL. Japan and Europe got it. Nobody knows if NA is getting it though.

I highly doubt USA will ever get all white so you have a long wait.

I thought about waiting for a new color, but back in September I went ahead and bought the blue/black one. It is my first portable game console of any kind. I like the color better than I thought I would.

Looking back on that moment of decision, I have enjoyed playing games on my new 3DSXL so much all this time since I bought it, and had I waited I would have been denying myself that pleasure. So, for me that was the right decision. I would have been shooting myself in the foot if I had refused to buy it back then just due to color. But, if you already have a 3DS or DS then it isn't that simple.

I got a purple 3DS. I didn't wait for the purple one to be out, I just couldn't afford one and then the purple one came out and i was like omg i need it. I'm probably not going to ever get an XL but i dont like the red or blue one. They are just too plain. I dont really care for color. i have always wanted those special limited edition ones. I almost got the zelda one for christmas last year but my dad didnt want me to have a 3ds because he said the 3d makes people's eyes hurt (which it does to me, a lil but i dont really play with 3d anyways)

I've read somewhere on a Nintendo interview that American's don't favor all white systems, but they do favor all black ones. So you'll likely see an all black system before feb but, if you're waiting for the pikachu xl or animal crossing themed one, you'll be disappointed. They aren't releasing outside of Japan, in all likelihood.

@edit Which completely sucks on a shoe because I want the Animal Crossing one. I won't buy a XL unless a very attractive exterior shows up.

I haven't completely given up on the Pikachu XL since it hit Europe. Charizard I won't bother waiting for, likewise for the Animal Crossing one.
