Should I trade in Papi

I have a town with villagers I love, but my fav snooty moved out in the process, there are none that I like in particular but Diana, but I would trade fauna for her, should I do it or keep a village lacking a personality which will have I incomplete pwps and personality balance

Or should I trade Papi and have two deer which I am not fond of
