Yes. Without even looking at your map. If you're not happy with it you should reset. You might regret but if you don't do it you will always wonder if you should have.
That being said I think that map is great! I wish for a similar one in my second town.

The only 2 houses I don't agreed on it's the one close to your house and the other one close to the lake alone

I think if you're happy with it, then i'd keep it. If you're personally not happy with it and feel like you need a second opinion i'd go ahead and reset it otherwise you'll probably just always over think it. But what I will say, is that there's no such thing as a perfect map in game and that every map has its flaws. Including the most perfect of towns. Good luck! 
Its not the town map, its the space for pwps and the houses more than anything and I'm asking for help, not another question.

I love the way the houses are set up, and the position of the re-tail. However, houses do change, so it's up to you. What really matters is where your house is located, where the town hall / tree / re-tail are located, and the look of the river. You have a nice beach too, there aren't any disconnected pieces where you'd have to swim to in order to reach it.
