I've had both Chief and Grizzly. I'm not a big fan of Chief or his house. As for Grizzly, I'm not a big fan of bears, so personally, I would go for Fang.

Any more opinions? I dislike my layout and where my villagers are placed, but I put up with it as I loved the villagers I had. However, if I reset it may take a LONG time to get another good map, and buying everything for main street is going to be tedious.
