Pokémon Should i re-buy Alpha Sapphire?

okay so yes i know this sounds dumb.
but i bought it when it was new and i just didn't find it fun , it felt too easy and i was hoping you could customize your character again , so i sold my copy of the game. Now when i first played Pokemon X i didn't like it much either , but then i restarted a while later and i love that game now so much. So that could happen with Alpha Sapphire too.
(i want Cosplay Pikachu lol)

Any thoughts on the matter?

I think that ORAS was loads better and more interesting than XY so I'd say yes. xP

You're not missing out on much. I've got 547 hours invested into Pokemon Y and only 22 hours invested into Omega Ruby. I definitely did enjoy the story, but after that then it's like what now? Fill up my Pokedex all over again even though I just did it recently in Pokemon Y? The Beauty Contests for Pokemon are nice if you're into that kind of thing. I guess my main thing is I invested so much time into Pokemon Y already, why invest more into Omega Ruby if it's not something that different? They do have move tutors you can't get on Pokemon Y so if you have Pokemon Bank available it's very useful for that.

i looked on wiki , and most the the big title games come out every 2 years, and games like crystal, emerald platinum come out one year later. this november (US) will have been a year since ORAS came out, so yeah....

So we may be due the mainline remaster this year if anything. X/Y mainline, OR/AS being fan remakes and a way to get more Pokemon without having to trade terribly much.

Honestly I've found X/Y significantly easier than OR/AS, thanks to all the way to get around and how easy it was to just stomp three to four Gym Leaders in a row with no real significant content in between those gyms. OR/AS had more content for those looking to do things other than competitively battle, though not by much. If anything I wish we'd go back to pixels and get more bang for our buck rather than be stuck with really awful trainer customizations.

I honestly doubt a Pokemon Z will come out. Game Freak apparently like to surprise fans by releasing unexpected games. They sure did surprise us with Black & White 2 (instead of Grey) and Pokken Tournament.

I bet they're gonna release Pokemon W. /s

While I really miss the customization features from X and Y, I did find ORAS more engaging overall, story-wise, and content-wise. There just feels like there's more to do, and it felt a little tougher.

If you like breeding, ORAS has the best spots between the two. IV checker, breeders, and infinite loop. Wee!
