Should I put a villager's house here?

So, I have found people with my last two dreamies, and I have planned out the space of land for once, but not the other. There are two pictures below, showing the location of the spot I'm unsure about.

That's a good place its like a mirror to the other one which I like- organisation. Its also like a mirror to the pond- which is nice on either side of retail. I don't think its a bad place near retail
