Should I make a DPPt Tournament

I was thinking about making a Pokemon D/P/Pt Tournament on TBT. Though, I wanted YOU to decide. So make a vote on the poll or post your vote. Also, If I made one the rules would be this:
NO Uber (Legendary) Pokemon (This includes Garchomp and Wobbuffet.)
NO Hacked Pokemon allowed.
Rotom and all of his 6 forms are allowed.
Latios,Latias, Entei, Raikou, Heatran, Cressellia, and Suicune are allowed.
NO Use of Soul Dew.

(this is just an example of rules, more will be added in the actual tournament.)

That's true. Most people hate EV training as well.

To be honest, I'm glad I invested in training a Gible. Now that he's a Garchomp, little turd saved my ass in the battle against Cynthia about a hour ago. Love him to death now. :veryhappy:

IMO you should make 2 divisions for the people that do EV and the people that don't.
