I've had fauna in my town for couple months now and I was wondering if I should let her go. I had her as an original back when the game was launched, however she had moved out unexpectantly. After doing the 16 villager cycle I was able to get her back. The other day I decided to destroy one of my bridges, however now she is in the way of me being able to complete another bridge. I need a bridge in her spot but I don't want to go through the 16 villager cycle again. I was wondering if I should keep her and not have the bridge in that spot or if i should let her go and replace the bridge?

personally, i love fauna, so i would keep her, but if the bridge is absolutely necessary, then you might not have a choice :/ But i think its always fun to switch out your villagers if its been a while, maybe you will find one you like even more!

Like erika said if it's necessary for the bridge to be in that spot, then you'll have to let her go.

One thing I really don't like in the game is how bridge replacement works... it requires so many spaces and why does the game let a villager move so close to the existing bridge in the first place, if you can't even build or replace with a new one (say, in the exact same spot)?? In my old town I had to kick Biskit out so I could build a straight bridge instead of a diagonal one.. so I feel ya. His house was "too close" (according to the game) to the spot so I had no other choice D:

well, if you really like her, you could go through the 16 villager cycle after and get her back.. I've never done it before, but it sounds hideous.. just imagining ;__; xD

I don't know if this would work but what if you got someone to hold Fauna, built the bridge then got her back?

That depends on how much you like that villager. It takes a lot of work to go through the 16 villager cycle so if you have to have this character and don't want to have a lot of work to do, then keep the villager. But if the bridge can only be placed in that spot and you don't like the character that much then I say get rid of them and try again next time.

Wow. You went through a lot of trouble to get her back. I would just find a new place for a bridge. Also, I don't know what your map looks like, or how many bridges you plan on having, but some towns do just fine with only two bridges. ( just a thought).

Get rid of her IMO. You may love your new villager even more. I would move a villager If they were blocking something

I only had two bridges and the one fauna was blocking was in a vital spot xD

- I decided to let her go tho, and i put my new bridge in :)
