Should I keep this town?

On my second try of resets, I came across this map.

Should I keep it? I got 2 of my dreamies, Rudy and Cookie and I have apples as my native fruit. I will get rid of Marcie, so don't worry about her blocking the bridge. The only main complaint I have is that there are three ponds.

Also, two questions. Is this town big enough for me to able to build a really nice town in? Also, if I keep this map, where should I keep my house?

...And my second, third, and fourth characters' houses?

I had a town with a similar map before and I liked it a lot. My town hall was at the top though, and I did most of my building in the area that town hall was at. I'm not sure if there'd be enough room on that one. I guess it depends on what you want to build.

I use a very similar map, but with one less pond. It's a very spacious map for me, so I recommend you keep it. My house is in the most unique spot ever, to the right of the train station. I put my path hoarder villager house in the top left corner.

yes your town is pretty spacious, but that pond behind town hall will be troublesome. there is narrow land on the top left side of the map, but you could put a campsite there if you want to. i say keep it.

It looks like a pretty good map to me. I'm not a fan of nothern thin stips of land sandwiched between a river and train tracks because I find they're often times left blank. I think a house or pwp there would look great though! There's also looks to be room to build a diagonal bridge, if that's something you'd like the try. The separate beaches looks sort of incovinient, but not if you keep a diving suit in your letters at all times. The only iffy thing is the retails, because it almost looks like it may be in front of your train station, but it's nothing some landscaping can't make up for.

I have a pretty cramped map but building pwps, paths, etc really help open it up more.
I'd personally keep it but if you're really unhappy with it reset before you put too much work into it for you to
