Should I keep Axel or not?

Hi there,
I am doing this thread cause I am absolutely hesitant whether i should keep Axel or not.
He is Nice and cute and all, one of the best elephants I believe, but i don't know.

I've had him for 3 months, he has been one of my first 9 villagers.
He's the one who organized my b-Day and all.

What of you guys think, should I keep him or not?

I actually quite like Axel.. There are better elephants (Ellie from GC, Tucker, Tia, Margie & Big Top) but he's cool .. I'd say there are better Jocks though .. But it's down to personal preference really .. Ultimately it's your decision whether you wanna let him explore the world, or keep him in your town

I really like Axel. Haven't had him in New Leaf but I've had him in previous games. I had the same problem with Hugh. He wasn't my favorite villager but he was super cute and he saw himself as my best friend in the game. He was my original starter and organized my birthday as well. I didn't want to let him go, but I found someone who would appreciate him more and I moved on to getting villagers I loved more. I think if you can find someone who wants him in their town more than anything, sure let them go, or someone who wants to have the opportunity to have him.

To me, Axel is a little strange looking and I much prefer Dizzy, but if you have a few of his pictures, you should let him go.

Keep him... he's in my town too, I personally think he's quite funny ..I really like to talk to him everyday.

you know if i had room i probably would've kept him. he was the only one out of my 5 starters i actually really liked. (had ankha, axel, hopper, drago, peanut all of which were very popular) so yeah

he was one of my best friends but he had to go bc i had no room ): but hes totally rad and one of my fave jocks imo (scoot being first heh)

Well the fact is I don't have his yet xD

Afterall, I think i'll just let him go, I need some fresh meat
But if nobody wants to take him, I'll just keep him >~<

Well, I'd say go with what you feel, not what other people think. If it were me, I'd be rushing to get him out of my town because... Ew no.
