Should I buy a Wii U? *Made a Decision! Thanks Everyone!*

To those of you who own the Wii U (or hope to someday get one) do you think it's worth the money?!
I've been in a bit of a game slump recently. All I've been playing is ACNL. I haven't touched my PS3 or Wii in months,
and I really want something new to play. Not to mention MK8 looks soo good.

I'll probably just get one.. but I wanna hear what you guys think.

I lived in poverty for four weeks because I wanted one.

Worth it.

I was gonna buy one with my upcoming paycheck, but I was told they're gonna be having a pricedrop[or a sale] soon and I should wait for that(And that I should focus on important things first until I survive the first three months at my current job, since I could be fired for no reason within the first three months.)

edit: that said, there's lot of great titles on the wii-u now, so I'd recommend one(in fact I'm getting one myself soon anyway[just gonna save for it and get it a few weeks down the road, I guess]

Worth buying, I'm going to buy Wii U after graduation (March 2015)

I bought a Wii U a couple of weeks ago, along with Mario Kart 8. It's definitely worth it, and there's some great games on the way, including Splatoon (super excited for this one) and Mario Maker.

Last year I decided that I wouldn't buy one, since I'd only heard bad things about it. This year it's finally starting to get people's attention.

I was the same way - except more because I was entirely disappointed how the Wii turned into a 'party/family' console. Recommendations from friends on here and the release of MK8 was what won me over. No regrets.
