Mm, in that situation I'd probably ask the person if they could go a little higher - 1mish- but if they wouldn't I'd still sell to them. But I typically do my price research a little better to ensure fairness. Ik that this item goes for 250-750k so 400k is fine for me. But since that's a big range, and Idk what is considered fair, I just put it as "offer."
